Hello so i am kinda new to this whole buying items and stuff thing. I recently bought a game "Battleblock theater" and it says it has been filled and looks like it is in my shop. When i go to my steam gifts section in my shops the game icon is faded and wont let me exchange it to my steam account what do i do .-.
