I was trying to withdraw some CS:GO keys from my bot yesterday. I got the trade offer normally, and i tried accepting the trade offer but i received error 28, trade offer status changed to "Items now unavailable for trade" and couple minutes after that all entries disappeared from trade history.
If you take a look at the bot's trade history, i should have at least some CS:GO keys available and according to the Inventory Log all keys were sent to me, but it can't been on the trade history.

Is there anything to be done about this, or is Steam Support the only way?

The old trick still works: Deposit a CS:GO item and see if the category reappears.
