Did not got my gift - Page 1

Many people are complaining about this problem. Is there a way to fix this problem on our end( as sellers ) ?
I have tried depositing and withdrawing TF2 items, Steam Gifts. I have also tried purchasing other untradable gifts with my alt account. Nothing worked.
