Bot did not send untreadable gift - Page 1

Hello Joto, i have another problem. This user :

bought Ark Survival Evolved from my shop for 11 falchion keys. I whitelisted his account and he is friends with bot. But bot still didnt send gift . Can you do something about it. Please either send him keys back or send him gift.

IMPORTANT: As a temporary workaround, bots are now instructed to send and accept friend invites. When you purchase an untradable gifts, you should always accept the friend request from the bots. If you do not get a friend invite, send the bots a friend invite instead.

I dont think it add user automaticly, it only sends friend request to user. Anyway my customer claims he never recived friends request from bot. So i told him to invite bot to friends instead.

Only if the bot account can send friend invite. If they don't, the buyer has to add the bot instead.

I’m the for mentioned costumer, the tradebot owner made the bot add me as a friend but I still have not received the gift from the bot.
