Well Since im buying lot of gifts from dispenser i getting lots problem. The problem im having is related on ' Waiting for Steam '

the order is still in progress so i can't order other gifts.
I bought some gift like 1~2 hrs ago. and system put the purchasement on the queue. and the bot should have sent friend request to me but it didn't.
I bought other gift from same shop like 4 hours ago, and it worked properly. i think the bot can't add me since we traded and we was friend, and after the trade, bot removed me. ( reminds me when i remove someone, we can't be friend for some times. but idk. just guessing. )
SO. i think the reason why this happening is, the bot can't add me for some reason.
I contacted bot owner to add me manually, but they said they can't and only staff can do that.

And Joto, since the progress to send untradeable gifts is complicated, try consider to send gifts via email. ( wait. this won't work. since its hard to send gift to email that already sent. dat steam )

Seems like the order is canceled. i see nothing on the queue and didn't recieved the gift. hey joto, can you tell me what happened with this order?

Nope... they didn't send me gift. also can't see uncollected gift

Same here, "Waiting for Steam" for more than 30m, order #12630, says "Filled" but didn't get any trade offer or "collect games" option: http://i.imgur.com/aqNWFw1.png
