I'm a bit new to the use of the market and placing bid orders and I seem to have made a mess of things. I deposited 12 keys to buy a 12 key game and placed an order #36698. I didn't get a trade request so I figured I made a mistake and tried again #36700. Still nothing and I read up on the help and discovered how I could see my orders and both are there listed as "partially filled, out of balance" and the keys cannot be withdrawn because they're locked by an order.

I don't understand how this happened, but I'd appreciate it if you could cancel the two orders #36698 and #36700 so that I can access my keys again and I'll try the old style trade for a game.

We are investigating this problem. There should be no "partially filled" for game gift bid order (it does not make any sense).
