I've tried adding my id from the security page as suggested, and adding it directly from the profile. I've also blocked/unblocked then re-tried, nothing has worked so far. I'm unable to add my bot to my friends list or vice versa and as a result I'm unable to transfer untradable gifts (though other trades still work fine).

I tested - say your friendlist is full.

That's interesting, I've added a few people today already with no issues. To be sure I removed 20+ people from my friends list and tried again and the bot still wont accept my friend request.

The bot has received your friend request. Before you deleted your friends you have not sent out one.

The bot had received the friend request before also, my problem is that it isn't accepting. Not then, nor now.

I accepted your friend request from the bot, hope it does not get deleted again for some odd reason like before.

It's good to get that fixed, but I'm still left with the same problem of not being able to transfer untradable gifts. I've sent copies via the client and website, and directly from the store and it wont accept any gifts despite showing "Gifts sent to your bot will be accepted within seconds." in the notification bar after I click Accept Game Gifts under Shop Inventory on the front page.

Retry today and see if this issue gets fixed - Steam was quite slow yesterday.
