My friend was going to buy a game, now it tells him that the keys are not in his inventory.

He desposited his keys to the site.
I'm talking about this store:

He can't withdraw his keys back, he can't buy the game from the site either, it says the the function isn't availabe.
Feels like he got scammed.
Can you atleast let him buy his items finally instead of kinda "Scamming him"
