First, go to https://dispenser.tf/view_credit_general/ , you can generate a BTC address for deposit. Deposit your BTC to this address from your BTC wallet on blockchain.info.

After they are confirmed, you can spend them here. If there are sellers willing to take BTC you can buy their items with it.

However, if they do not, you may have to buy keys on the key market https://dispenser.tf/market/31/ before you can buy games.

Open your "View Credit" page here: https://dispenser.tf/view_credit_general/ (or $ Credit icon in the dispenser site menu)

Scroll down to the Bitcoin section, and there should be a Deposit section with a Bitcoin address next to it. Deposit your BTC to that address and it will be credited to your Dispenser account in a couple of hours.
