also i'm having the problem to, i've had it enabled for 2 weeks and i still can't withdraw.

Edit Profile -> Switch to "My Privacy Settings" on the right side menu -> Enable the "Confirmation of Trades" option.

also i'm having the problem to, i've had it enabled for 2 weeks and i still can't withdraw.

What error have you got? I don't think mobile authenticator will prevent you from withdraw items here.

Please enable Steam Mobile Authenticator and per-trade confirmation for your Steam account then wait for 7 days. Currently Dispenser.tf do not process trades that goes through Steam escrow.

This limitation is a direct result of the enforcement of Mobile Authenticator in Steam trades, see this Steam support article for more information.

I assume you have enabled both mobile authenticator and trade confirmation? Have you traded with other people and confirmed that your account won't need to escrow?

yes i have done over 25 trades in the past 2 days and no 3 day escrow thingy on my trades.
