When trying to deposit keys I get this:

Yes, I did enable both. Do I really have to wait 7 days? Each time or only once? This new system sucks, thanks Obama! :)

I do not think you need to wait 7 days.

But you should check if your account is tradable after you enable them.

You test it by trading with another account or your friend, see if there is any trade lock or escrow problem.
