is it possible to payout my left key kredit to bitcoin / buy with bitcoin balance on my dispenser acc key credit?

There is currently no way to directly exchange key credit into Bitcoin. We are planning to add this exchange pair soon. For now you can withdraw keys from your key credit and sell it for Bitcoin.
