He does not even have any source multiplayer packs for sale

The guy is advertising another game in this particular game category and set his actual copy too 99 keys and changed his name to advertise it hoping people will search for the multiplayer pack, I understand why he is doing this but don't see why it should be allowed

This guy obviously wants customers to save some money :D (mother Theresa of dispenser), if those 2 latest buyers who bought cs:s for 5 keys were more careful and read his note, they would be 1 key richer.
