I bought an Operation Wildfire Case Key with BTC, but an error show up with my trade link url and the bot cancel the offer.

I believe i just fixed the problem with the url, but don't know how to make the bot send an offer again.

I just saw that the key is in my inventory, but can't withdraw it because it's grey, is there something that can be done?
