I understand this is not really problem of dispenser, but it would be nice if you manually renamed some of steam packages. Otherwise noone can really find them via search, making gifts unsellable.

Users would post such bad packages and you could go through that list like once a week, it would help a lot. Thanks.

Or at least add some custom internal field (invisible to end user, but would force package to be included in search results) that would be used just for search, and users then could by themselves decide whether to buy such package. Such field of course still would have to be manually maintained by dispenser staff.

I do not know the official names for these unknown packages. I know what they are based on their description but they show as unknown package in the Steam inventory and we cannot change that. All we can do is to allow searching of these unknown packages from the description text.
