It actually is common knowledge that gifts from 4-packs are called 4-pack gifts / 4-pack gift copies. True 4-packs are simply called 4-packs such as this one https://dispenser.tf/market/19285/. Besides, the price itself is a clear indication.

I agree this is unfortunate. But as mentioned, this is common knowledge. Also valve assigns names to gifts, not really dispensers fault.

Yeah unfortunately Valve is labelling them a bit strange. But whenever you see a name "gift copy" then they are just a single copies that were dropped from 2/4/6 packs.
