Whenever I have games on the dispenser bot and they pass the 30 day mark they remain marked non-tradable on the Dispenser market. Is there anyway to update their status besides having to cancel the listing, having them all gifted back to you, trading them to dispenser again, and listing them?

If you do not want to re-deposit the gifts you have to wait until the system scans your inventory and update them.

I also believe if your gifts are already in a trade their tradability may not update even when scanned.
