After reviewing the case I have decided not to issue any refund from MARXXX's account on behalf of dispenser.tf, with the following reasons:
1. When you resell a gift that was bought here, you also have bought the "risk" associated with the item. If you have purchased any gifts here for reselling you should take the responsibility of refunding your own customers regardless of whether you get a refund here or not, in the case of a revoke. Think if "grind07" did not redeem the gift and sold it to someone else, should MARXXX still hold responsibility of the item for the next buyer?
2. While we know for a fact that you have purchased a Rise of the Tomb Raider gift from MARXXX, we cannot make the logical assumption that the revoked gift of "grind07" is the one originally sold by MARXXX when you did not redeem the gift yourself.
3. Our refund rule mainly deals with situation in which multiple users reported the same seller for revoked gifts. At this point we do not yet have the evidence that MARXXX has been intentionally scamming people with his Rise of the Tomb Raider gifts.
It is an unfortunate incident for all parties involved, but refund is only applicable when you are the end-user of the item being bought here.
