Traded for GTA5 now i can't play it anymore

As my title states i have traded for gta 5 last december and last week i couldnt start the game...it kept asking for activation...
I talked to Rockstar support and they said i should talk to steam....and steam now has no idea what's up with the game.
I have tried to contact the person i got the game from but he will not add me so i decided to make a complaint where i got it from.

This looks like a problem of Rockstar's Social Club? If your gift is not revoked from Steam I do not see how this is a problem of Steam either. Does anyone knows something about this problem?

what rockstar said "We the details provided, we are able to locate the Steam version of the game. We have reviewed your account and the Rockstar Activation Code was disabled at the request of Steam. We would like you to get in touch with Steam Support for further assistance."
what steam said "Steam has not revoked this title. This game is still in your library."
WTF?!

Try to write to Steam support with screenshot of the Rockstar's support message.

after talking with steam and rockstar it does seem that the game i got from here is indeed revoked for a payment issue... and steam has no was of helping me :(

Any advice ? can dispencer.tf help me in any way?!
any admins?!
