[SOLVED] Shaded Gifts - Page 1

hello ,
i have 5 gifts stuck in the delivery bot , and they are shaded in my shop inv. (i cant withdraw them again) .its been more than 24hr in this status.
the transaction history says :
-EXCHANGE , 2016-10-15 17:22
-GIFT DELIVERY ERROR
-10 [UNTRADABLE] Shadow Warrior 2
