What does a "Limit Order " mean?
I have sold 4x Rainbow Six Siege for 11 TF2 keys via traditional trades and I got less than 44 keys in credits.
Is there a fee for traditional trades too?

Have you enabled the option to show traditional trades on market?

Yes, that's why they were sold in market and considered market order.
