Hello,
I paid you 20 bucks for a premium account while i thought i was buying credit to get some games with. I find the link that led me there to be misleading and i request you turn my account back to non-premium and update the value of my credit to whatever equals the payment i made. I am not a trader, i do not wish to become one, i simply want to buy from your resellers for a solid price.
