why the bot dont use the fee more than 0.0001

the btc i sent to the btc address at my account have 117 Confirmations.I know the system need to resend the btc to another btc address after it get my btc.
but it takes too long to wait for it.can u add the balance to my account now instead of waiting the second btc second Confirmations

i think 0.0004 fees will be enough for fast transaction

finish confirmed but i dont have money to show in the dispenser
