I know BTC confirmation takes time but its been over 5 hours and BTC not deposit
What's up with such delay in depsoit?

And I deposited 0.0185 BTC but i received 0.0175?

You paid network fee from where you withdraw it from.
Some BTC exchange/wallet has a fixed fee. |

I've sent BTC to many wallets and fee is deducted from the wallet, not from the sent BTC.
This is the first time I'm seeing it. |

It should be the fee that goes to BlockCypher https://www.blockcypher.com/. We use it to redirect deposit and it will spend some network fee.
