The withdrawal confirmed to the Dispenser's wallet but the other side is not even seeing anything for three days. I'm seeing something similar in other threads and my guess is that the miner fee was set too low? Is there a way to cancel the withdrawal and reset the miner's fee higher?

My bad, I misread the fee to be 0.0005 BTC. I will increase it to 0.001 and see how it goes.
