Do you have a Steam link for this game? I cannot find it in Steam and I cannot check the problem. Is it "discontinued"?

If the item is already removed by Steam it is normal that it could not be traded here (since bots have to use information from Steam to create the trade). You should contact the seller and trade the item directly with him.
