What is this all about?
I have missed all the announcements and hub-up. Can someone explain why this is implemented?

Joto	Aug. 28, 2018, 4:25 p.m. Our key reserve is unbalanced with many more CS:GO keys than TF2 keys. This is temporarily implemented so that the TF2 keys could be more evenly distributed among users.
