This is the first time i'm using the site. I had put a buy order to buy 5 tf2 keys via btc and forgot about it and the order was completed. I then got a trade offer from the bot but by mistake thought it was some random person asking me for keys and declined the trade offer. Cant seem to withdraw the keys from the site now.

You declined the offer two times and Steam puts the bot account into your blocked list automatically.

See if you could remove the ban yourself or asks Steam support for help.
