I bought today 2 games from dispenser and am going to sell them in market but I cannot. They cannot be chosen from my shop inv

one copy was sent to my steam inventory from bot now,but I dont have another yet. And now It turned out that the copies I bought in dispenser shop hold in my shop inventory awhile. Is that right ?
