There are two UNKNOWN PACKAGE 29661 in my inventory But one of them is unavailable, it seems that the name is changed because the game is removed from the store
It is not a missing inventory. It is just not shown as Unknown Package in your inventory. You should be able to check what it was before Steam deleted it.
