It doesn't work as expected.

https://dispenser.tf/s/api/market_price_quote/
returns only one item, although in some cases the same item can be found twice in the market at different prices.

This api function should return the highest bid and lowest ask price for all markets that match the input criterion. The code had some errors on finding those prices if there are multiple markets with the same name, it should be fixed now.

Game gift markets of same name (even same description) may not package the same stuff, so they are left separated for tracking if there are after sale disputes, however this api function would group all markets of the same name.
