So i'd like to ask for 10$ refund to my paypal account. I chargbed my balance by PayPal, because i wanted to but tf2 keys. I thought it would add to my balance, but i bought some kind of "premium" account, i don't know what is that. I did that too fast and i'd really like to ask for a refund. Thanks for help!
