Hello, i got 28 gifts in bot inventory, which are greyed out and can't be withdrawn.

I guess they are stuck in traditional trades, but i can't cancel or even see those trades, since the server is throwing "500 Internal Server Error" when visiting traditional trades page.

Can you please unblock those 28 gifts, so i can withdraw them?
