Hi, I am a new user trying to deposit my TF2 ref to than sell for key credit on the market. I can't deposit as every time it says I am not a VIP user. So do you have to be a VIP to sell anything on dispenser.tf? Would I need to buy tf keys to be able to make transactions on this site?
