Unable to withdraw game - Page 1

Hi - I have a copy of Lego The Hobbit, which is not listed for trade but I can't withdraw it from my shop. Please assist.

Issue still persisting.

And still not resolved. I should mention I've removed all my Steam Gifts for now because it's too risky when support is non-existant.
