Hello, my original deposit was 0.03266106 BTC and the available balance is 0.00362000 , which is way less than what I've previously deposited, I have no transactions with keys or other withdrawals from the website, the only withdrawal I have is the one pending, which is 0.00353698, I ask you to correct my balance since it seem this might be a BUG.

As you can see with that image there was a transaction last month of -0.02903112 which wasn't done by me and there is no address or whatsoever, 0.02903112 BTC are missing from my account wtih no specific transactions details to where these bitcoins were sent, if you see my wallet, the total withdraw is only -0.00362000 BTC, 0.02903112 BTC are missing.

I don't have any other transaction on this website execept for the deposit and yesterdays withdrawal of 0.00353698.

The transaction of 0.02903112 BTC was done on 2014-08-31 08:44 GMT, with a fee of 0.00028739 BTC, at that moment the BTC price was USD$487.04, the total amount of this transaction was around USD$14, after 9 years probably no one still know what was traded at that moment. The bitcoin summary entry shows the transaction amount up to last month, not actually a transaction done on that moment, its shows condensed entries since some users may have a really long ledger for using more than 10 years.

The actual record of that transaction was unfortunately long gone due to different data damages happened in the web site, and I'm deeply sorry that I can't provide more information because it was near 10 years ago, most if not all traces of that transaction were all gone, even in Steam.

For now we can only return what amount of BTC in your account to you. We are deeply sorry for the missing data in the system had costed your time for doing difficult accounting of years ago.
