It's OK now I think. This can happen every year on February or July, when Valve introduces major changes to Steam.

same, it says fetching from steam and then displays no inventory, seems invalid of load function

The Steam new usage limit since last year is still not entirely clear, and it is still common to trigger their ban.

Now the deposit items list should load most of time, if it doesn't just keep it open, the background system will try to obtain the inventory from Steam by routing it through thousands of proxy servers and see if any other IP can access such information from Steam, it will take some time however.
