I was trying to retrieve and item in my shop inventory but it says unable to retrieve item. please help

Inventory history shows that your Botkiller Sniper Rifle is already sold to 'Chorogi' (If that is the item you cannot withdraw). You should have already received the key/metal.

Try using the 'Check Inventory' function to remove the shadow entry.
