I bought a Strange Part: Robots Destroyed using credit in an offline purchase. The trade was successful, but the item shows as greyed out in my shop and cannot be retrieved. It isn't involved in any trades that I've put up.
Any help you could offer would be much appreciated. Thanks!
edit - the item opened up, I attempted to withdraw it, the trade failed and the item is locked up again.
