Two separate issues:

I did an offline purchase, and now see the items in my store (a posthumous and gib kill strange part). However they appear "disabled", even though they aren't in any of my trades, and I am unable to withdraw them.

Another issue, apparently I did something to offend dispenser09, because every time I try to buy from one of its shop, I get the "Dispenser09 is ignoring you" message when trying to add. =[

For offline purchase, you have to give it up to 5 minutes or more for the items to deliver. I see them in your inventory so I guess the problem is resolved itself.

If a bot is ignoring you, you have to block and unblock it on your steam and it should work.
