Personalization means that you can customize your trade window and shop page (such as adding a background image to it), similar to the one on bazaar.tf.

Additional Trade Feature includes stuff like, auto purchasing certain items below a price, auto selling certain inventory items for a price, auto adding certain items to a bag trade, and auto crafting metal in the inventory, etc.

Also mentioning that VIP could access our API to obtain trade information for integrating trade bots into their website for donation / raffling or other purpose.
