I have 4.66 credit and it seems that I can only withdraw refs and not the .66. Is it not possible to just withdraw the .66 or am I being retarded?

its doing the same to me, I can't get that last little bit out... I think it only deals with whole ref.

Yea, I remember from an earlier announcement that withdrawal only works for a whole ref
