I use Dispenser 81. It does not have the crossbow in his inventory. The item is grayed out in my inventory. Any suggestions?
edit: I think the crossbow is in Dispenser 01 (Lv. 2) where I bought it from.

If you purchased it with offline purchase, you have to wait for a few minutes before you can withdraw it.
