Backpack is private (even though it really isn't). Fixed - Page 1

When I try to exchange items it keeps on telling me my backpack is private and to change it and my profile to public.
However, both my profile and backpack are set to public. Also, others can see my backpack fine with no problems, but apparently this website cannot. How do I fix this?
