My account was associated with Dispenser 13 (Lv. 2), but it was empty for a while and I guess it unlinked itself and I am being told I need to relocate to a premium bot. Tried a number of times to relocate, but it just cycles between Dispensers 64 and 97.

I have moved your shop back to dispenser 13 manually for now.
