I can't seem to add new items to my shop. I also had one buyer report he couldn't make a purchase from me. I suspect my agent's inventory is full, it's Dispenser 71. Can anyone confirm that?

Yes, try the relocate feature under 'Edit Shop Info', you should end up somewhere more spacious.
