I'm not sure if this is a problem with just this bot. Anyway, I press 'exchange items' and the Dispenser messages me and tries to trade me and the it cancels immeditaly.
Dispenser 89: Inviting you for task 384457. (Exchange)
Dispenser 89 had asked to trade with you, but has cancelled their request.
Dispenser 89 is not available to trade. More information will be shown to Dispenser 89 if they invite you to trade.
This is with me press invite to trade right after they speak. Even when I don't press it the same thing comes up just not that last line.

If your shop don't have any items, can you relocate your shop?
Method: My Shop > Edit Shop Info > Relocate Shop |

Relocate Shop doesn't work unfortunately.
