I got a strange southern hospital but its greyed out and I have waited more than 10 hours and its still gray how to fix this?

Need to wait gameking to clear his bot (now he has 308/300). I dunno how his bot traded beyond the valve's hard limit but that is what preventing the offline purchase to trade the item from him.
