Yes, my answer is for you to solve the 'XXX is ignoring you' problem.

Yesterday, someone added me on Steam and say that it would not work for him no matter how he tried. But apparently this is the only solution.

Please follow this process if you have not already:

1. First, remove the bot from your friend list completely. (Don't let it stay at 'Invitation Sent', remove it)
2. Block the bot from Steam and apply the change, wait for about 15 seconds.
3. Unblock the bot from Steam and apply the change.
4. Use our on site bot adding function or add the bot directly from its Steam profile.
