I put recs to site but instead I get refs

I want to make trade for 0.66 or 0.33, but it wont let me because I have only refined metal.

Not sure if this is what you are asking for, but I will try to answer.

The refined metal only stands for 'metal', the number written on it shows the value.
So 0.33 refined is a reclaimed, as shown on the picture.
